STEFAN MAUK

Stefan Mauk is an Australian professional footballer currently playing in the A-League for Adelaide United and is the current team captain. Stefan has represented the national team from the age of 17 and is the former U/23 National Team Captain.

After spending time at the Australian Institute of Sport, Stefan signed his first A-League contract with Melbourne City at 16. He spent two years at Melbourne City, before moving back to his hometown Adelaide, to play for Adelaide United, where he won the 15/16 season A-League Premiership and Championship. Stefan joined the Brisbane Roar for a two year stint in 2018, before rejoining Adelaide United again in 2020.

He was awarded the A-League Young Footballer of the Year for the 16/17 season while playing for Melbourne City.

Stefan has played internationally for the Dutch team, NEC Nijmegen before signing a three year deal with the Brisbane Roar for the 18/19 season.
